Colin Farrell Stars in First Official Trailer for New AppleTV+ Series Sugar

AppleTV+ has released the first trailer for their upcoming detective series, Sugar.

Colin Farrell executive produces and stars as John Sugar, an American private investigator on the heels of the mysterious disappearance of Olivia Siegel, the beloved granddaughter of legendary Hollywood producer Jonathan Siegel.

As Sugar tries to determine what happened to Olivia, he will also unearth Siegel family secrets; some very recent, others long-buried.

Also starring Kirby, Amy Ryan, James Cromwell, Anna Gunn, Dennis Boutsikaris, Nate Corddry, Sydney Chandler, and Alex Hernandez, Sugar will be the second series with Apple TV+ under Simon Kinberg's deal with the platform following Invasion.

The series, created and executive produced by Mark Protosevich, will make its global debut with the first two episodes of its eight-episode season on Friday, April 5, 2024, on Apple TV+, followed by one new episode weekly every Friday.

The official trailer sees Farrell toe the line between sleek and suave and ruthless and gritty in this brand-new private detective story.
