The days get shorter and the nights get longer…but all that summer produce is still going strong. Make good use of it with this week’s meal plan, which stars corn, zucchini and tomatoes in abundance. We even put together your shopping list. (You’re welcome.)

16 large sea scallops (about 1½ pounds)
4½ pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 fennel bulbs
2 quarts cherry tomatoes
