1½ cups or 1 can cooked black beans
2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
4 yellow onions
3 pounds sweet onions
17 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1 zucchini
8 cups romaine lettuce
1 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
4 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bunch fresh parsley
4 anchovies
2 tablespoons capers
½ lemon
8 ounces burrata cheese
1½ cups shredded Gruyère cheese
¾ cup + ¼ tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, cut into ribbons
1 cup rolled oats
8 ounces mezzi paccheri pasta
¼ cup shelled pumpkin seeds
⅓ cup dry white wine
1 French baguette
4 cups bread cubes
Pantry Ingredients:
Salt, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, ground cumin, smoked paprika, ground coriander, crusted red pepper flakes, unsalted butter, maple syrup, chili powder, ground dried chipotle pepper, saffron, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, beef stock, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard.
Monday: One-Pan Moroccan Fish
Start the week on a positive note with this flavorful Moroccan-inspired dish. Along with turmeric and cinnamon, you’ll get a cayenne and red pepper kick that brings heat to the flaky white fish and savory tomatoes.
Tuesday: Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons
Caesar salads are anything but boring when you add Heidi Larsen’s homemade garlic croutons on top. (We love the from-scratch dressing, too.)
Wednesday: Antoni Porowski’s Chile-Maple Roasted Chicken
Let the Queer Eye chef's creation be the star of this evening’s dinner—there's no mayo, we promise. Serve it alongside a simple salad and a full-bodied red. (It is #WineWednesday, after all.)
Thursday: One-Pot French Onion Soup
If you thought French onion soup was best left to the pros, think again. Just pop the ingredients in your pot and it practically makes itself.
Friday: Mezzi Paccheri Pasta with Burrata Cream, Guanciale and Saffron
On Friday night, you have better things to do—like catch up on your Netflix queue—than spend hours in front of the stove. Luckily, Aida Mollenkamp’s pasta is quick, easy and pairs fabulously with binge-watching.
Saturday: Fall-Apart Roasted Pork Shoulder with Rosemary, Mustard and Garlic
Hosting a dinner party? Whip out the recipe for Katie Workman’s roasted pork shoulder. The best part: It looks fancy, but most of the ingredients come straight out of your pantry.
Sunday: Unfussy Sweet Potato Black Bean Burgers
Game day calls for burgers and beer. Swap out the beef for these hearty sweet potato and black bean sandwiches from Gena Hamshaw. Even the carnivores in your life will want to give them a try.
