NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Summer has officially arrived in the Greater New Orleans area!
As temperatures rise, you may be looking for a way to cool off or something to do with your children.

The New Orleans Recreation Development Commission has four indoor pools and nine outdoor pools open for family swim throughout the summer.

Audubon Zoo Cool Zoo
The Cool Zoo at the Audubon Zoo offers a 750-foot lazy river, lounge chairs, two sand beaches, water cannons, water curtains, jumping jets, an alligator water slide, “spider monkey soakers” and “water-spitting snakes.”
