Costco Confirmed It Is Selling A Massive Brisket And Cole Slaw Slider Kit For $7

A Costco representative confirmed to Delish the brisket and cole slaw kit launched just a week ago in select locations. For now, it is just a test item, but if it's successful, they plan to release the item in other Costco stores.
You know what that means, right? Buy, buy, buy.

It's almost that time of the season, folks—holiday party time. And though those parties may sometimes be stressful, you've got no need to stress this year because Costco has basically done all your hosting for you.
@TheCostcoConnoisseur recently came across a "Pit Smoked Brisket Sliders with Cole Slaw" kit at the wholesale store and it's a head turner, y'all. The food blogger captioned the photo: "The NEW Pit Smoked Brisket Sliders w/Coleslaw has been spotted in the DC area!!! So excited to try these ??Spotted at the Leesburg, VA Costco."

The meal in a box is comprised of pit-smoked beef brisket, nine King's Hawaiian rolls (NINE, EVERYBODY, NINE), BBQ sauce, freshly shredded veg, and cole slaw dressing to make it all come together. Yup, you pretty much have a feast for about 15 people in this container, which concludes my argument that Costco can never do wrong!
Other pertinent information: The kit is priced by the pound and starts at just $6.99. It's unclear if you can find it at Costco stores everywhere, but I suspect come November, you definitely will be able to. Either way, Delish has reached out to the warehouse to find out if this item is a limited-edition product.
In the meantime, I suggest you buy one for that holiday party you're going to eventually throw, because it'll certainly come in handy. Happy eating to you, your friends, and your whole family, because you'll all be well-fed shortly.
