Costco Shoppers Are Calling Its Newest Lunch Item 'Amazingly Good'
If you happen to be in the market for a new lunch option, Costco may have just provided it in a very tasty way. After having an already busy past few weeks with popular releases such as their variety packs of fresh baked cookies and the fall-favorite Pumpkin Streusel Muffins, there seems to be no end to Costco’s latest run of top-tier drops. And now with lunchtime in their sights, we can expect nothing less than the same.

The latest Costco exclusive to garner some online attention is actually the perfect lunch for two: the new Southwest Rotisserie Chicken Wrap. Originally spotted by the good people at Costco Buys, the wrap is stuffed with chunks of rotisserie chicken and classic southwest vegetable flavors such as baby spinach, red onion, black beans, sour cream, cheese, corn and a chipotle sauce.

Although at first glance the $16 price point will elicit a knee-jerk reaction, that is actually pretty fair considering the wrap is being sold in a pack of two. And as can be expected, loyal Costco stans online are pretty opinionated on the subject.
“Pfft 16 bucks!” exclaimed one shocked customer before mentioning how they would rather the “food court for that $1.99 pizza.” To which another customer reminded everyone that a “hot dog is cheaper, and you get a soda.”

And while these customers are right about the money saving sections at Costco, it doesn't mean that this isn't the perfect wrap for other people. One satisfied customer wrote about their experience stating, “Bought them. Loved them. Amazingly good. Lasted 2 lunches, not 4 like I hoped. Another chimed in to echo the sentiment, claiming that the Southwest Chicken Wrap is “way better than the Asian wrap!”
In any case, if you're still days away from your cheat day and need to fill in your lunch hours with something new and on the healthier side, this new wrap is a great option to consider. And if you would still rather hit the food court and save some money, that is alright too.
