Costco's New Girl-Scout-Inspired Snack is 'Insanely Good'
Fall means pumpkins and the realization that Girl Scout Cookie season doesn't start for another <checks notes> five months. UGH. The next five months will undoubtedly slog by, right?
Laura Lamb, the creator (hero, really) behind the Instagram account @costcohotfinds, recently rang the alarm about Girl Scout Thin Mint Bites at her local warehouse. Though they come in a 20-ounce bag (because, again, it's Costco), don't be surprised if you eat them faster than a small bag of chips from a hotel vending machine. For this reason, Lamb raised a (playful) "red flag."

"Don’t say I didn’t warn you," Lamb wrote in the caption.
Girl Scout Thin Mint Bites, which cost $12.69 at Lamb's Costo, are essentially tiny bites of heaven. The crispy center is packed with mint and dark chocolate, just like the iconic cookies. Around the center is a layer of minty green frosting, then the poppable snacks are coated in chocolate.
Chocolatier Edward Marc, the brand behind the Snappers Pretzel Clusters that are gone within 60 seconds of you putting them out, helped make the similarly irresistible Girl Scout Thin Mint Bites.
Social media didn't need much convincing or more information before celebrating the new snacks. Truly, anything Thin Mint-related needs no further introduction or explanation.
"I love you and hate you for sharing this," joked one commenter.
"OMG. I am drooling," said someone else.
"INCREDIBLE," gushed another. "My new favorite snack! I love them!!"
There were also warnings from people who already have the Girl Scout Thin Mint Bites in their pantries (and freezers).
"They are so insanely good," responded a fan. "They disappear quickly."
"These are...dangerous to have around the house," wrote another.

"Do not buy these and put them in your freezer," said one commenter. "You will eat a handful every time you walk by it."
Frankly, I'm surprised this Instagram fan walked by it multiple times before finishing the bag. As one person put it, "Don’t buy these. They will be gone in the same day."
"So good!! Put them in the freezer, and it’s the best/worst thing to ever happen to you," said another.
Excited as the Internet is, one person could dream up at least one better/worse thing.
"They better not make Samoas. I’ll be in danger," quipped a fan about another favorite Girl Scout cookie. And let's be honest: Tagalong bites might break the Internet.
