Costco's New Ready-to-Bake Quiches Will Make Feeding a Large Crowd a Breeze This Holiday Season

Thanksgiving is next week (!!) and while you’ve probably already planned out the whole dinner menu, you might not have given much thought to what to eat for breakfast. It may not be the most important meal of that day, but it’s still good to fuel your body before all the cooking and partying later — plus, if you have out-of-town guests, they’ll need something to eat, too! Thanks to Costco, you don’t have to worry about what you’ll serve. The wholesale retailer had new ready-to-bake quiches that one reviewer called “delicious,” and are perfect for the holiday season.

“??Delicious Quiche 2-Pack from the @LaTerraFina Gourmet Collection is a must grab for the upcoming holidays!??” Instagram user @costcodeals wrote on Instagram. They shared a video of the La Terra Fina Gourmet Collection quiches, which come with one Aged Gruyere & Chèvre quiche and one Sharp Cheddar & Broccoli Florets quiche. Just keep it in the freezer until you’re ready to serve, then remove the packaging, pop it in the oven, and voila! A delicious, super easy meal that is packed with protein.

??”With guests coming into town for the holidays, we grab these @laterrafina two-pack quiches at Costco for an easy tasty breakfast/brunch or dinner!” @costcodeals wrote. The quiches, which will serve five guests each, are made with egg whites from cage-free eggs. The Aged Gruyere & Chèvre has a nutty and tangy taste that is just right. The Sharp Cheddar & Broccoli Florets option is a classic, and the gourmet cheeses make it absolutely divine.

In the video, @costcodeals popped the quiches in the oven and sliced into them. The gooey, cheesy dish would pair perfectly with “arugula salad or seasonal soup” according to the reviewer. We think it would also pair perfectly with some fruit and cinnamon buns — and coffee and mimosas, of course!

“Best quiches ever!!” one person commented. Someone else said, “That chèvre one is ??????????.”

Costco has tons of options for holiday meal prepping. If you want an easy appetizer, check out the Chateau Fougeres French Petits Fours, featuring three-cheese quiches, garlic bread bites, Emmental cheese puffs, and brie cheese puff pastries. We love ready-to-bake meals — and your guests will never know the difference!
