Could Maria Georgas be the next Bachelorette?

The brunette beauty, 29, from Kleinburg, Ontario, Canada made a big splash on Joey Graziadei’s Season 28 of The Bachelor.

From telling Joey “I love you” in French (je t’aime), to feuding with fellow contestants and threatening to quit the show, Maria made an impression. Ultimately, she was left without a rose on the Fantasy Dates episode (March 11). She finished in fourth place in a contest with only one winner.

Joey will choose between Kelsey Anderson and Daisy Kent on the much-anticipated March 25 finale. Kelsey is widely believed to be Joey’s final pick.

Although Maria didn't make it to the finals, she is a heavy favorite to star in the upcoming The Bachelorette, which will debut this summer.

According to spoiler expert Reality Steve, Maria and Daisy are the two women vying for the next ABC gig.

Maria added fuel to the fire with a spicy appearance on The Bachelor: Women Tell All special.

Wearing a low-cut mini dress and sticking up for herself against contestants she battled during Joey’s season, Maria again stood out.

She was just as forthright during an exclusive Parade.com backstage interview after The Women Tell All taping.

Does Maria want to be the next Bachelorette?

“Oh, my God,” Maria exclaimed to Parade. “I’m very open. I would be crazy not to consider something like that. Like, it’s actually crazy to think about but I would be so appreciative of it and very open [to doing it]. But it’s not something I’m thinking about every day.”

Why is Joey the perfect Bachelor?

“I think his ability to be such a good listener and be really into how you’re feeling,” Maria said. “He’s very observant. He’s just such a good guy. If I had a checklist, he would check them all! You can tell that he really cares about you when you’re talking.”

What is Maria looking for in a guy after losing Joey?

“I think Joey and I had a lot of ups and downs,” Maria reflected, then laughed, “I need someone who can really tame me and someone who can just make be me more chill and comfortable, which Joey did a great job at, by the way. I just want someone who meets my energy.”

As fans wait to see if he chooses Daisy or Kelsey, Maria told Parade, “I think they’re great. I think it’s going to be an extremely hard decision for him. I think all of us girls in the house saw that connection early on. I think whoever it is, he’ll be just fine.”

Maria, known as a daddy’s girl on The Bachelor, explained to Parade, “I’m my dad’s executive assistant so we just have our family business."

“I’ve continued with that [after doing the show]. I work from home so it’s been very easy for me. I’m kind of laying low.” But for how long?

Is Maria interested in acting?

Maria appeared as a child actress in the 2005 Vin Diesel movie The Pacifier. but The Bachelor contestant says she's no longer interested in acting. “I was 10 at the time and I actually got the gig because I was doing taekwondo with my brothers and one our friends who was also in taekwondo with us, his dad was working on the movie, so he got us the audition."

She didn't even have an agent until after the movie. "It was nothing like I was ever, ‘Oh, my God. I’m going to be this actor.’ ...I haven’t done anything since [acting-wise], I’ll say that.”

Does Maria still do taekwondo?

Maria says she has her black belt but she stopped taekwondo after her appearance in The Pacifier.

"My brother went on to compete, and almost made it to the Olympics," she told Parade.

What would Maria change about her Bachelor experience?

She said that she “cried more than I like to,” on the show. “My friends [who watched] said, ‘You are a big baby.’ “
