Your dog is your best friend, right? Or maybe you feel like they're one of the family. Well it stands to reason that you'd want to treat them like gold, just like one couple on TikTok, who gave their American Pit Bull Terrier the time of his life during a bath recently.

Choco got the full relaxation package in the video his owners shared online.

Do they take human guests? Because this is pretty darn nice. Choco's owners made sure to cover his little ears with a headband made from socks before taking off his collar and getting to work. First they gave the American Pit Bull Terrier some boops on the snoot, then they gently held his paw while they ran the shower over his head.

Then came the grooming part of the video where Choco really got the celebrity treatment. They even made sure to brush Choco's little teeth. So cute and Choco was such a good boy during the whole thing.

People in the comments section were so in love with Choco's gentle manner. "He is so calm and sweet I want to hug him," wrote one person. "That dog is more cleaner than the people I see out in public," someone else joked. "That is literally the cutest Pit Bull," a third person gushed.

The Proper Way to Clean Your Dog

You might not want to go to the same lengths that Choco's owners did, or maybe you don't have time to run your dog to the groomers. But your dog needs to get clean, so it's always good to know how to clean your pup at home.

Getting your dog to take a bath isn't always easy. Some dogs don't like water, while others refuse to sit still. Dogs don't need to bathe everyday like humans do, but you do want to make bath time is as easy as can be.

First you want to reassure your dog that everything will be a-okay. The water might scare your dog, so let them know there's nothing to be afraid of. Then brush your dog and check the water's temperature. No need to put your dog into water that's too cold or too hot. Finally get your dog into the water. It's definitely not the easiest task, but either place them in a tub and let the water run or take your shower head and spray their body until they're completely wet .Then add your shampoo and give your pup a full body scrub. If you want to wash their face use a damp cloth that doesn't have any soap or shampoo on it.

Then give them a rinse, dry them off, and voila — now your pup is squeaky clean. Some other tips are to take your dog on a walk before bathing them so they'll get that extra energy out. Also have patience! Dogs can get sort of nervous and will pick on your energy.

Once you get your method down, bath times will surely be a breeze.
