Couple's Dedication to Helping Overweight Shelter Cat Is So Inspiring
It's amazing what a little bit of love will do.
As the beginning of January comes around again, many people start wondering about New Year's resolutions. For those who choose to dedicate themselves to losing weight or gaining more muscle--this gorgeous tuxedo cat could just be the perfect inspiration! He lost 18 pounds with the help of his loving rescue parents, and TikTok is rallying in support.
The cat's human sister, @kendraforsythe uploaded this incredible story to her account. She had the privilege of watching the process from Day 1, and even she's impressed with the dedication from both her parents and the cat.

Okay--this is seriously amazing! The difference between the feline's before and after videos is so drastic that it's hard to believe. That's just the power of positivity and motivation, we suppose! Still, it's pretty heartwarming to think about how far this fur baby has come.
"Makes me sad thinking of the people who let their cat get to 35lbs just to abandon it at a shelter," wrote commenter @adamm8690. It's heartbreaking! Luckily, Kendra's parents were there to help him through the rescue and the weight loss. Now this sweet guy can walk again!
