You probably won’t hear black models besides Iman and Naomi Campbell get name-dropped when the discussion of supermodels arises. But in spite of fashion’s whitewashing of runways, ads, and magazines, there have been several other women of color, including Donyale Luna, Joyce Walker, and Darine Stern, who have accomplished heroic feats in the industry.
