Slow-cookers are our go-to kitchen tool this time of year when we have literally no time to spend in the kitchen at night, so why not bust it out for the holidays, too? You're going to be busy making the sides and appetizers, you probably already made the desserts, and let's be real - you aren't getting much help from your family in this department. (Cool, guys, go ahead and throw back more eggnog while I work.) So it's totally OK to cheat a little bit.

Just make your glaze in a sauce pan - sugar, honey, cider, and some spices - place your ham in the slow-cooker and pour the glaze over it, then set it for 4-6 hours, basting every hour. Stupid simple, right? You may have had some help, but technically, it's still homemade, so you get all the credit. More presents for you!
