Don't be so quick to criticize the diet and exercise habits of others today. You could insult the sensibilities of those who will get their revenge in clever ways. Explaining the YouTube videos of you sneaking out of Pizza Hut with marinara sauce and cheese smeared all over your face could be embarrassing.

Gemini

Switching to a vegan diet may be intimidating, but taking baby steps could make the transition easier. Start by giving up meat once or twice a week in favor of foods made from soybeans and wheat protein, such as soy cheese and tofu. And you can still enjoy your current faves, such as wheat pasta and organic marinara sauce, especially if you make them yourself.

Cancer

Watching TV chefs tackle daring and innovative recipes may be a better use of your time than trying them yourself. You'll have better success by sticking with the tried and true. Chicken cacciatore over wheat pasta may not be considered gourmet, but it'll be delicious and made with love, and isn't that what really matters?

Today offers a great opportunity for family togetherness. So show your family just how much you care today by making their favorite meal. That may be something as simple as Sloppy Joes and pork and beans. Less cooking will give you more time to spend with the people you love the most.

Curiosity may entice you to try cuisines that are completely foreign to you. Filipino dishes have Hispanic and Asian influences -- paella, adobo and pochero are popular meals. The pork dishes, however, are the Filipino's claim to fame, so try the roasted pig lechon or mechado stew if you want the true taste of the Philippines.

People will be drawn to you today, so privacy may be a hard thing to come by. You'll be mystified and slightly flattered by your sudden popularity, but the explanation may be simpler than you think. You can't eat your homemade Australian beef pies in a public place and not expect people to seek out what smells so delicious.

Sagittarius

Don't take your moods out on family and friends today. A better use of your energy will be finding ways to turn your frown upside down. Lunch at a fun tapas restaurant could do the trick. If the scallop zamburinas, fried pork rajo or squid puntillitas don't put a smile on your face, then a glass of sangria surely will.

Capricorn

Flex your power in the gym today. A tough workout will make you feel vigorous and strong. It'll also help lessen the guilt later in the day when you dig into a big plate of cheesy baked ziti. Have a side salad rather than garlic bread and you could even have seconds on the ziti.

Aquarius

You may actually have the house to yourself today, so savor the unexpected privacy. Brew a pot of chamomile tea, fix a plate of water crackers and cheese and kick back in your favorite chair. Make the most of each moment because it won't be long before everyone returns, just in time for dinner.

Pisces

You may feel wishy-washy today, unable to commit yourself to anything. So take the path of least resistance and don't do anything at all. Kicking back in front of the TV with a bowl of freshly made popcorn and a cold glass of ginger beer will be as involved as you'll want to get today.
