When you really get down to it, you might want to resist the urge to spend today. It'll be tough when the kiddo 'needs' something, but you'll later be glad you hung on to your cash. Stash a few extra dollars for a rainy day.

This is a perfect time for a new beginning. Maybe you want to take on a new project at work, or apply for that plum job. Or maybe just try out a new recipe on the tyke. It's entirely up to you to come up with a fresh approach today.
Leo
This is a wonderful day for just staring into space or at the fish tank. It will help you relax and recharge your batteries, and even think some deep thoughts. Get the kiddos to try it if you can -- they just might like it.

Your routine may be disrupted, but it can still be a wonderful day. Stay flexible in case the tyke's big tea party or puppet show runs into trouble, or some other minor disaster occurs. You know just how to save the day.

Today is a perfect occasion to sit and have some deep conversations. Ask your tyke to share the key topics of interest to them, such as whether dragons really exist or how Sponge Bob breathes underwater.

You've got a lot to do today, and so does your little one. Since your schedules are so mismatched, let them find ways to keep busy on their own. They'll develop independence -- a good thing -- and you'll have a break.
