Dame Joan Collins Looks Beyond Stylish at British Vogue Event in London
The 89-year-old attended the British Vogue BAFTAS after-party with her husband.
Dame Joan Collins certainly knows how to dress up for an event, rocking a sparkling ensemble during a night out with her husband, Percy Gibson.
The couple attended the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co. Fashion and Film Party 2023 in London, England, after the BAFTAs.
The actress wore black sparkling embellished pants with a black, white, and gold sequined top and a beautiful gold patterned jacket over that went down to just below her knees. Collins didn't forget the importance of accessories either, wearing a statement ring and gold leaf-shaped dangling earrings.
Other stars in attendance at the event included Florence Pugh, Lily James, Naomi Campbell, Gemma Chan, Serena Williams, Jamie Foxx, and more.
The BAFTAs were held on Feb. 19, at the Royal Festival Hall in London, hosted by actor Richard E. Grant and British TV personality Alison Hammond.
While it doesn't appear that Collins attended the award ceremony, she made sure to join the stars in celebration afterward.
The British actress is still steadily working in the industry, most recently acting in the 2022 film Tomorrow Morning, more than 70 years after she first appeared on screen in the early 1950s.
Collins is most well-known for playing Princess Nellifer in 1955's Land of the Pharaohs, Marilyn Fryser in the sci-fi horror film Empire of the Ants from 1977, and Alexis Carrington in Dynasty from 1981 to 1989, which earned her a nomination for an Emmy Award.
In the past few years, she also had notable roles in Benidorm, The Royals, and American Horror Story, with a few more projects already on the way.
At 89 years old, there's no stopping Collins, whether it's in her acting career or as a fashion icon around town. Over the holidays, she even showed off her life at her home in Los Angeles, California, basking in the sun and relaxing with family.
