Dean Unglert Has Some *Thoughts* on Colton Underwood Being Chosen as the Next ‘Bachelor’

What would The Bachelor be without a little drama? Lucky for us, the season 23 shade is already being thrown courtesy of Bachelor Nation vet Dean Unglert.

Unglert recently spoke candidly about his thoughts on Colton Underwood being chosen as the season 23 Bachelor, and did not mince words.

“You know, [he’s] a little young. He’s younger than me,” Unglert told Entertainment Tonight. “He might be more advanced in his life than I am, but I don’t necessarily see him marrying the woman that he chooses…I don’t think he knows exactly what he wants.”

It’s nothing new to have Bachelor Nation folks call each other out for not being there for the “right reasons,” but Unglert took his opinions to the next level when he said, “I love Colton, don’t get me wrong, but [he’s] not my Bachelor. He’s a very nice person…He’s well-intentioned. He is beautiful. I just think it’s going to be a dumpster fire.” Noted.

Could it be that Unglert is a little sad he ruined his chances as The Bachelor with that mess of a love triangle with Danielle Lombard and Kristina Schulman on Paradise? Unglert says no: “I’d be a horrible Bachelor for the same reasons Colton would be horrible and will be horrible.”

OK then
