After Friday's New York Supreme Court ruling that Kesha would have to remain under contract with Sony and Dr. Luke, the producer she said emotionally, mentally, and sexually abused her, many people in the music industry—Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Demi Lovato among others—made their support known of her on their social media accounts. Demi was particularly vocal—and appears to have called out music power player and "self proclaimed feminist" Taylor Swift for her silence:

Taylor made a $250,000 donation to Kesha on Sunday "to help with any of her financial needs during this trying time," Swift's rep told Us Weekly. The outlet noted Kesha's mother confirmed the donation on Twitter:

This did not seem to impress Demi, who tweeted what appears to be a response to Taylor:

Demi reportedly expanded on their remarks when they commented on a Taylor Swift fan's Instagram. The post has since been taken down, but several media outlets grabbed screenshots of what Demi wrote. The singer clarified: "I didn't shade Taylor…I'm just tired of seeing women use 'women empowerment' and 'feminism' to further brands without being the ones that have the uncomfortable conversations."
