"This was actually his hat. He left it in my room when we were filming Descendants 2. We were hanging out with a couple of friends with one of them being another lifelong friend. We had gone to his room before going out to eat and we raided his closet. I had on his jacket and his sunglasses and his shoes…our other friend took this hat and when we were going to film Descendants 3, I packed it and was going to give it back to him. He didn’t believe that I remembered that. I had planned to give it back to him, but it didn’t happen."

"Cameron will forever be one of the nicest people I’ve met. I’ll never forget one of the first times I met him. He was skateboarding outside of the Jessie set. I was heading to an audition, when he rode past me with his arms reaching for a high five, shouting “Good luck! You’re gonna do awesome!” I looked at my mom with the biggest grin on my face. He was so good at making people happy. Thank you for all of the smiles, Cameron. The world is a little less bright without you in it. #DisneyFamily"

"There’s one more star in heaven... it doesn’t make sense and words are hard to come by during times like these. A few small things I think the world should know. Cams inspiring energy and incredible talent allowed for him to accomplished more in his 20 years on Earth than many people do in a lifetime. A performer, mentor, philanthropist, friend, brother, son. This kid always had a smile on his face. One of the kindest humans I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and the privilege of working with. He approached life with humor, joy, passion and astonishing talent. He was a mentor, spending hours and hours working with goof balls like me to make sure I knew what I was doing filming the dance and sword fight numbers in D2 and D3, and a friend. He raised thousands for clean water non profits in Africa and always had time for fans. Cameron loved his family and spoke ill of no one. It’s tragic saying goodbye to a friend who had so much ahead of him... Rest easy brother. We love you and we miss you ??"

Thank you, Cameron, for all you gave to us. So much more was on the way. All our hearts are broken. Thinking of your amazing family and sending our deepest condolences.?"

It was there we were introduced to his endless talent, kindness, and joy for living. At his very 1st talent show, little Cameron’s dancing lit up the stage, and left everyone on their feet, cheering . It was clear to all that he was destined to be the star he would soon become./2

It was a joy to work with him on JESSIE, as it was with all the wonderful young stars of that beloved show. They were as close as actual brothers and sisters to one another, and still are, and my heart breaks for them today. /4
