Dolly Parton Just Revealed Her Waist Slimming Trick and It's Genius
Have you ever watched Dolly Parton on stage or during a TV interview and wondered to yourself, how the heck does she keep her waist looking so tiny? Well, British talk-show host Graham Norton just revealed her secret trick.
According to Huffington Post UK, Norton revealed that Dolly was his favorite guest on The Graham Norton Show, while he was recently being interviewed for Listowel Writers' Week. But he added that he was particularly impressed when he discovered where Dolly keeps her microphone.
While many singers opt to keep their bulky microphone packs fastened to their waistlines, Dolly goes a different route. She puts her microphone in a special compartment inside of her wig, Norton revealed.
"Dolly Parton is so tiny, and so proud of her tiny waist, that she has a little pocket built into all her wigs for her microphone pack, so that her waist can stay as tiny as possible," he said. "She must have microwaved bits of her brain, but that is more important."
Norton, who made a documentary with Dolly called Graham Goes to Dollywood, added that Dolly is a "lovely woman."
Microphone-wig and all-we can't argue with that!
