Dolly Parton Is Releasing a New Cookie Kit Soon, So Get Ready for a Holly Jolly Holiday Season

It's time to ring the alarm, y'all; Dolly Parton is back with another dessert that's guaranteed to keep your sweet tooth yearning for more. Adding to her growing line of boxed mixes with Duncan Hines, the southern icon is giving us a new delectable treat right in time for holiday baking.

Set to begin rolling out to stores nationwide over the next few months, the new Dolly Parton x Duncan Hines Sugar Cookie Kit is one boxed mix that you'll want to get your hands on as soon as you see it. The ninth innovation in her collaboration with Duncan Hines, the new kit comes equipped with sugar cookie mix, festive green frosting, holiday sprinkles, an additional recipe for Dolly's Favorite Cinnamon Swirl Cookies and a keepsake booklet with a barcode to receive a sweet holiday message from the Iron Butterfly herself.

This news of the new kit comes after the release of Dolly's second Duncan Hines installment earlier this year, which included box mixes of her buttermilk biscuits, sweet cornbread and both the caramel turtle and fudgy brownie recipes. Unlike the previous mixes that were all priced under $4 each though, this holiday release has a suggested retail price of $6.98. But since you get 12 reasonably sized sugar cookies as a result of each box mix, the price is better than imagined.
