Donna Kelce Has a Blunt Response When Asked About Taylor Swift Attending Chiefs-Dolphins Game

On Saturday, Jan. 13, the Kansas City Chiefs face off against the Miami Dolphins in the first round of the NFL playoffs. The big question on Swifties' minds is: Will Taylor Swift attend to cheer on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce?
During an interview with Extra TV, the Chiefs tight end's mother, Donna Kelce, was grilled about who would be in the private suite with her on Saturday.
"I will be in the skybox," Mama Kelce told Billy Bush after he mentioned the frigid weather forecast. "And so it won’t be too cold, but the windows will be open and I am in the first row, so it’s still cold. I have to have a blanket, and I’ll have my winter coat on."
Unfortunately, Donna declined to comment on whether Swift will be there with her.
"Not doing it," she said with a laugh. "I’m not playing that game."
Mama Kelce did mention that Brittany Mahomes would not be watching the Chiefs-Dolphins games from the same private suite, as quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife has "her own box." Donna added that her brother, "Uncle Donnie," will be there.
Although Swift skipped the Chiefs-Chargers game on Jan. 7—the same day as the 2024 Golden Globes—the pop star has attended nine games so far this season. Her most recent appearance happened at the Chiefs-Bengals matchup on New Year's Eve.
Swift opened up about her decision to support Travis despite the media attention in her Time's Person of the Years 2023 cover story.
“When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” she told the publication. “The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you’re seeing someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”
The Chiefs-Dolphins game kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, Jan. 13.
