My order: This Korean fusion bistro with vegan and vegetarian options kicked off business in January upstairs of Buzz Bomb Brewing Co. and offers a limited menu of appetizers and sides, sandwiches, wings, desserts, and Sunday brunch. I chose a bulgogi (Korean BBQ) Bibimbap Bowl with rice, pulled chicken, shredded carrots, spinach, and mung beans with a fried egg ($14) which came with cabbage kimchi and cucumber sides and two sauces. My companion ordered bulgogi street tacos with pulled chicken, Korean salsa and Gochujang sauce ($14) with a side of kimchi dusted chips.

Likes: Although it has a very limited menu, the food packs a big punch in terms of flavor and quantity. My companion enjoyed his meal as it was fresh and “exploding” with flavor. A diner can choose from animal and plant proteins for the bulgogi dishes as well as a bulgogi style – street tacos, gyro, bibimbap, and focaccia pizza.

Dislikes: I would like to see prices on the counter menu and online.

What would I order next time? I’d try the Korean Street Corn and a bulgogi pizza.
