  • In her newest Youtube video, Dr. Pimple Popper pops a cyst on a man's cheek.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses her punch biopsy tool to open the cyst before pulling all the dead skin cells out.

  • In the video, the doctor says she's teasing the cyst out.

It is true that good things come to those who wait. Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, fortunately didn't make her viewers wait too long for a mystery cyst. The doctor gave a sneak peek and then offered up the whole pop.

The doc hinted at an upcoming cyst pop when she sliced away her patient's mole. Just a few hours later, she shared the "cystery" as one commenter described it to Instagram. Folks, this pop is a good one, so it would have been worth waiting for.

The video jumps right in to Dr. Pimple Popper giving the lingering cyst a one-two punch. She made quick work of his mole and punched it out with her punch biopsy tool. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video: "Here’s that Mystery Cyst we snuck a peek of ?????? Gave it the ol’ punch and swizzle! #mystery #cyst #punch #drpimplepopper"

One Popaholic posed a question to other fans: "Ok, this is weird and I wanna know if I'm the only one... does anyone else's mouth water when they watch these videos?" The responses revealed there are many, many fans with the same mouthwatering reaction. (It's a safe space for Popaholics.)

After punching a hole, Dr. Pimple Popper uses her tweezers and scissors to pull and trim the rest of the cyst out. "I'm going to try to tease it out," she says. Her technique worked, out comes the cyst and all that's left is a gaping hole in her patient's cheek. (Hopefully, she stitches that one right up off camera.)

She teased her fans and the cyst itself with this pop.
