  • Dr. Pimple Popper tackled a deceptively enormous blackhead in her latest Instagram video.

  • She uses a comedone extractor to push on the blackhead, and is surprised by how much gunk comes out.

  • The greyish-brown substance resembles a worm.

There’s something about popping a blackhead that’s so, so satisfying. And, if it’s a huge one, you just know it’s going to be a good day.

Well, Dr. Pimple Popper (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD) is here with a zit to make your all your pimple-popping dreams come true. “The blackhead that couldn’t stop, won’t stop,” she wrote in the caption of a new Instagram video.

Once you click through, the video doesn’t disappoint. In it, the doctor can be heard chit-chatting while she used a comedone extractor to push on a small, innocent-looking blackhead. She wiggled the extractor a little bit and suddenly it. Is. On.

Greyish-brown gunk shot out like a little worm. “Ooh, that was—oh my goodness this is a good one!” she said, as the gunk kept on going. Like, the thing is at least an inch long at this point.

And, OMG, it didn’t stop. She kept on pressing with her comedone extractor and the blackhead/worm just kept on growing. “I was surprised! It’s still going!” she said. SAME, Dr. P, SAME.

“Look, I’m still going, too,” she said. She finally took a break (I mean, her fingers must have been sore at that point), and you can see a coil of good on the patient’s skin.

The doctor wiped it away and then went in for more—and even more stuff came out. “That was like a mystery one, huh?” Dr. Pimple Popper said. “I would not have seen that coming.”

She eventually grabbed her scalpel, made a little incision, and a bunch more gunk came out. Watch it all go down here:

It’s always the little ones you have to watch out for… .
