  • Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes the blackhead and out shoots a stream of yellow liquid.

You can always count on dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, to make a splash in her office. She is a pro at extracting blackheads, cysts, and lipomas, but her splash isn't usually literal. Today, Dr. Pimple Popper is making a big splash, and it is very real.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a giant blackhead in a mystery location on her patient. This blackhead is a big one, but it looks totally within her wheelhouse. She captioned the video: "Starting the week out with a #splashmaskrequired pop! ?????? Up on #allaccess NOW! #drpimplepopper."

There's little time to prepare for this one. Dr. Pimple Popper jumps right in and starts squeezing. The first thing to pop out is a dark nugget (similar to this chocolate chip of a blackhead). Next comes a glob of mushy yellow-ish goop.

Then, a stream of that yellow goop shoots out of the side of the blackhead. Dr. Pimple Popper and her team were not expecting to be attacked by the bump. Her fans were surprised, too. One commenter shared, "I jumped." Another fan added, "It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye."

The squirt was short, so there is an instant replay. The video shows the blackhead shooting in super slow motion for dramatic effect. Dr. Pimple Popper's fans are loving the pop. One fan wrote, "I may or may not have watched this a dozen or so times. That burst was awesome."

While the Instagram clip cuts short of the full extraction, it captures the squirt and plays it back in slow motion. This squirting blackhead is one for the books. It's also very satisfying.
