Did your weekend rock? Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, certainly had a rocking weekend. The doctor squeezed out a massive rock of a blackhead from her patient and the video is sure to rock your world.

In her latest video posted to her Instagram account, Dr. Pimple Popper is taking on a massive dilated pore of Winer. It looks rather unassuming on the surface of the skin, but the video comes with a sensitive content warning, so looks can be deceiving. You better believe there is a surprise, and good gory one, lurking underneath. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned this pop: "This video gets that song “Like a Rock” stuck in my mind...#drpimplepopper#dilatedporeofwiner #giantblackhead"

Dr. Pimple Popper jumps right into squeezing this badboy blackhead. (FYI: A dilated pore of Winer , or DPOW, is essentially an extremely large blackhead, according to Dr. Pimple Popper's website. "Dead skin cells get trapped and help widen this pore, and plugs up the opening," it says, adding that "the expression of this plug squeezes out the macerated, white, soggy keratin/skin cells from the deeper portion of the pore." Sounds delicious, right?

This DPOW looks like it has made a nice home on Dr. Pimple Popper's patient. She squeezes and the solid hunk of gunk inside barely budges. Enough emerges that the doc grabs her tweezers and starts tugging.

One more good heave-ho with the tweezers and the whole thing slides out. It looks like a solid rock, not at all ooey and gooey like the usual pops. It leaves a gaping hole where it once was and Dr. Pimple Popper taps it on the table to prove how rock-hard it is. One commenter wondered: "How do you heal the hole?" Another exclaimed, "Holy asteroid crater" while one fan compared it to "snail shell or an ear".

Dr. Pimple Popper is impressed too. She tells her patient, "You might have the award for the biggest blackheads." That's quite the honor among Dr. Pimple Popper's roster of bumps. Congratulations to the doc and her patient for the award-winning blackhead.
