  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a mystery bump that looks like a baby face

  • When she squeezes, grey goop gushes out and keeps coming and coming.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper's fans compare the pop to refried beans and a Frosty.

There are standard bumps and lumps that dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, clears away in a jiffy. (You know the nice, round, and smooth bumps.) Then, there are whacky and irregular lumps. You never know what these monster bumps can hold until the doc breaks them open. Dr. Pimple Popper's latest pop is a bizarre shape and comes with a sensitive content warning. This one is not for the faint of heart.

Dr. Pimple Popper captioned her Instagram video: "Our favorite little baby face! TAG someone that watches pops to relax! ??♀???♂? #drpimplepopper" The cyst is no baby. It has been growing with her patient since he was five years old. Dr. Pimple Popper jumps right in and starts squeezing this bump. She continues chatting with her patient as she works. She asks, "Really since you were five? This is some old skin under here then."

Still, Dr. Pimple Popper has a hard time wrapping her head around this ancient cyst. "It's just slowly been growing with you?" she asks. "Never able to squeeze anything out of it?" You better believe it, her patient hasn't squeezed anything out previously.

When Dr. Pimple Popper gets her hands on it, there is a flood of goop that gushes out of the opening. The liquid contents are grey and spew out all over. It reminded one fan of a popular frozen treat. The Popaholic shared, "No more Wendy's Frostys 4 me." Another fan recognized yet a different fast food chain. The commenter wrote, "Reminds me of Taco Bell's beans in burritos."

The comments were especially clever for this gnarly pop. One fan included a spot-on Beauty and the Beast reference. The fan wrote, "Try the grey stuff, it's delicious." Yep, Dr. Pimple Popper can 'Be Our Guest' any day with pops like these.
