  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped a patient with an uncomfortable bump on his head.

  • There was a pilar cyst lodged in his scalp, and it didn't want to move.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper braced herself against a wall and squeezed with all her might to get the "garlic clove" or "cocoon" of a cyst out.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is one strong doc. She takes on large and in charge pimples on a daily basis. All the loyal Popaholics are well aware of her pimple popping powers, though. Some of these pimples are extra stubborn and require extra strength.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper had to use all her strength to get to the bottom of an immovable pilar cyst. The doc is always up to the challenge. It was so tough, she could barely get a word out in the caption: "?????????? #Popaholics #drpimplepopper #popaholicsunite???????"

The video starts with a close-up view of her patient's head. He has short hair, so it's easy to see the bump popping out. Dr. Pimple Popper sees it and starts slicing away. With a few tools, she opens up what looks like enough space for the pilar cyst to come out.

Then, Dr. Pimple Popper uses only her fingers and pushes hard. The pilar cyst doesn't budge. She doesn't give up, though. Dr. Pimple Popper adjusts her technique and tells the room she's pushing against her patient and bracing against the wall.

The overwhelming fan opinion came in loud and clear: "Like a little clove of garlic ??" "I love this one. Popped right out. Looks like a garlic clove" "???? Looks like a garlic ?? clove??"

There were a few more creative ideas as well. One fan wrote: "Awe it’s a cocoon ???? ?? " Another added: "Unicorn!" One Popaholic commented: "Those pristine extractions. ??" "Nice ?? At first I thought you were removing 2 cysts out of there until I realized t"he video was repeating ??" It's an easy mistake to make, and not a bad one.
