Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A Giant DPOW Filled With So Much 'Debris'
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped a patient with a massive dilated pore of winer.
The dermatologist uses a scalpel, tweezers, and her fingers to get this job done.
Ultimately, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes out all the "debris" and replays it in slow motion.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is back and ready for action. Tbh I'm not sure she was ever away, but I'm not one to argue with the expert. One thing is for sure, she was super busy popping straight through Labor Day Weekend. She knocked out enough blackheads to keep diehard Popaholics satisfied all week and made time for a few lipomas and gnocchi-stuffed cysts in between all those clogged pores on Instagram.
Dr. Pimple Popper shared her return in the caption: "Aaand we're back! Happy Tuesday! #drpimplepopper #dilatedpore" That last hashtag is all you need to know before clicking play. There is a dilated pore of winer, and a giant one at that, waiting for everyone as soon as you do.

The video begins with a quick overhead shot of the DPOW. Then, Dr. Pimple Popper starts poking at the clogged up hole with her scalpel. As she works, Dr. Pimple Popper explains what created this buried behemoth on her patient. "This pore has been filling with debris and stretching it," she says. It's not super descriptive or scientific, but it's no less fascinating.
The extraction continues with some finger squeezing fun. That does the trick, and all the dried up goo comes out. And, it comes out once more with a slow motion replay. This big DPOW got a big reaction from all her fans, natch.
One fan wrote, "I literally barfed but its satisyfying ??" Another complimented Dr. Pimple Popper and added, "Keep posting your great videos." At least one fan wasn't totally satisfied with this particular dilated pore of winer. "That’s all you got ??" It's possible it's sarcasm. Even, Dr. Pimple Popper can't please everyone every time.
