The one and only dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is looking for volunteers. Unfortunately she's not looking for new assistants in her practice, she's on the hunt for what her latest pop looks like. Fans know the dermatologist has plenty of creative ideas for all her pops, but so do they.

In her latest video posted to Instagram, Dr. Pimple Popper is tackling a cyst. It's hiding underneath the surface of the skin, so it's hard to tell how big it is on first glance. "COMMENT DOWN BELOW ???? what this pop reminds you of? ??"

The video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper assessing the area around the cyst. Then, she trims away skin from the top of the cyst to reach the contents below the surface. It's the moment of truth and all that's left to do is squeeze.

Dr. Pimple Popper drops her tools and uses her fingers to apply pressure around the opening. She squeezes with all her might and finally the cyst gives way. A big chunk of brown gunk emerges from the opening. The clump is thick and quite solid.

Naturally, her fans listened to Dr. Pimple Popper and shared their suggestions. Some of the more creative ideas include "a barnacle", "mouse brain", "cocklebur", "pine cone", "caviar", and a "demogorgon from Stranger Things". Dr. Pimple Popper should ask for ideas more often, her fans have some wild ideas. They are almost as wild as her pops.
