Pimples can pop up pretty much anywhere and at anytime. Thankfully, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is a total pro at dispatching, draining, and extracting the craziest zits wherever they appear.

In her latest Instagram video, she takes on some extra juicy whiteheads. These are no ordinary whiteheads, folks. These popped up all over her patient's arm. Dr. Pimple Popper seems astonished just like you in the caption: "Whiteheads can happen on your arms too! ?? #drpimplepopper"

That doesn't slow her down one bit. She takes these whiteheads on like the total professional she is. Dr. Pimple Popper starts by injecting numbing around the first cluster of whiteheads. She tells her patient it will be "more comfortable."

Then, she slices into each one with her scalpel. Now it's clear why she focused on the numbing first. Finally, she can squeeze with her comedone extractor tool. The whiteheads let loose with a bit of pressure. Once one cluster is all cleared up, she moves on to the next one and the next.

Dr. Pimple Popper give a play-by-play as she squeezes. "See that, that's a whitehead," she tells her patient. "They're like solar comedones."

One fan wrote in the comments, "This is awfully satisfying." Another Popaholic shared their own DIY popping technique: "Maybe not the smartest thing to do but I just grab a needle n nick it to then get the stuff out." Hmmm that doesn't sound like something Dr. Pimple Popper would encourage. What is recommended: watching her popping videos on repeat.
