In the opening sequence, Dr. Pimple Popper describes the DPOW as a "cigarette butt" and it doesn't take long to see the reference come to life. The camera hovers over the large black dot before switching to procedure mode. This one is so huge, Dr. Pimple Popper goes in with her fingers and absolutely no tools at first. She presses with her thumbs to free the dark blob of gunk, but it doesn't budge.
So, Dr. Pimple Popper grabs a pair of scissors and starts cutting. She creates a larger opening and attempts squeezing again. This time she is successful. The dilated pore of winer starts moving. It inches out of the skin into Dr. Pimple Popper's waiting tweezers.
