  • Dr. Pimple Popper holds the string with the cyst dangling on the end.

You can go fishing all year round, on rivers, in lakes, in the ocean and more. Did you know you can also go fishing in a treatment room? Yep, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper demonstrated her unique fishing technique in a new video posted to Instagram. Naturally, the indoor fishing fun is all part of a satisfying pop.

In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest video, she tackles a huge cyst on her patient's cheek. She captions this unique cyst pop: "Ever been pop fishing? A little hook, line and pop! ??????????#drpimplepopper"

The video gets off to a familiar start. The camera shows off the huge pimple from all angles. Then, Dr. Pimple Popper pokes around to get a closer look at the pimple. She creates an opening in the skin to reach the pimple stuck below. The crazy part comes next. Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't attempt to squeeze this one. Nope, she tries to pull it out with tweezers. When this technique fails, she switches to a "suspensions stitch."

She locks the stitch in place with a few knots before the actual fishing begins. Dr. Pimple Popper holds onto the end of the thread with one hand and trims around the cyst with the other. A few snips later and the entire cyst is dangling from the string. Her fans all about this technique. One commented: "This is everything ????????????" Another Popaholic wrote, "Well that escalated quickly ??"

It looks like Dr. Pimple Popper's fishing skills are right on par with her popping skills. She fished her way to a very satisfying pop.
