Drake's son Adonis Graham, whom he shares with French artist Sophie Brussaux, proved just how much musical talent he has with his first rap song, released for his sixth birthday.
The Canadian rapper, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, posted a video of Adonis' rap, which he called "My Man," on Instagram on Sunday, Oct. 15, four days after the boy's birthday. Drake captioned the clip, "Happy birthday my son…MY MAN FREESTYLE OUT NOW."
Adonis' personal music video features a bunch of friends his age hanging out and playing basketball, while Drake and a couple of his pals also make cameos. The clip even pauses to spotlight Adonis as he gives his friends a little pep talk to help them play better.
The new rap brought in plenty of fans, with many commenting on how much they loved the cute video. Model Winnie Harlow wrote, "My my my my mann ????????? whole chorus goes in, singing that all week," while Ayo of the dance duo Ayo & Teo quoted one of Adonis' lyrics, writing, "I was playing on my iPad and i broke my iPad ?????." While rocker Avril Lavigne added, "Yessssss????????????."
Another fan complimented Adonis' skills, saying, "My Man Freestyle already double platinum?? in the skreets."
"Out rapping 90% of these ?? rappers the game!! ????," someone else gushed.
Of course, the comments were also filled with birthday wishes for the 6-year-old.
Drake seems to love showing off his son's many talents, and he even used one of Adonis' drawings as the cover art for his newest album, For All The Dogs. Now that Adonis has debuted his rapping skills, it appears that the 6-year-old has taken after both his parents.
