Duchess Sarah Ferguson makes surprise appearance at royal wedding
Despite rumors that she hadn’t received an invitation, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, was among the guests at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.
Ferguson, the former wife of the groom’s uncle Prince Andrew and mother of Beatrice and Eugenie, wore a knee-length navy dress with a pale pink trim, with a matching veiled fascinator and gloves.
The 58-year-old royal waved to well-wishers outside St. George’s Chapel and was seen hugging Jack Brooksbank, who is engaged to marry Princess Eugenie this fall.
A big hug for Sarah, Duchess of York, from Eugenie’s fiancé Jack Brooksbank. The hug that says “I’m back”??! Very significant that she’s here as she wasn’t invited to Kate and William’s wedding. Well done #harryandmeghan pic.twitter.com/lTCVvBctbE

Ferguson’s appearance came as a surprise to many, as she was not invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s nuptials in 2011.
Her sophisticated look also won praise from royal watchers.
Sarah Ferguson is goals please ?

Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, looking amazing! Slightly Queen of Hearts, which is both badass and appropriate. #RoyalWedding
