Making dippers is even easier than making chocolate chip cookies. The dough is essentially the same, but the process is simpler. Dump the dough into a rimmed sheet pan and bake it as one big giant rectangle. If you like your cookies a little chewy, 15 minutes is your golden number; for crispier dippers, go for 18 minutes. Let it cool completely (the chocolate chips can still be a little melty), then slice the sheet into small sticks. From there, you're ready to dunk.
