Dunkin’ is getting people pumped for summer with a new menu featuring some fan-favorite flavors of the season.
Watermelon and kiwi sound like light and refreshing flavors—so it's understandable that fans seem most eager to try the fast food chain’s new Kiwi Watermelon Refresher. The beverage is one of seven menu additions expected to land at Dunkin’ on May 1, according to a Friday, April 5 Instagram post by food blogger Markie Devo, who said the new menu looked “mighty refreshing.”
“I’m excited for the kiwi watermelon refresher,” one fan wrote as another agreed that it “looks good” before later adding, “Guess I will be spending some money at Dunkin to review these new products.”
“The kiwi watermelon is gonna be a staple this summer!!” one Instagram user wrote. Another wondered if the drink will taste like the kiwi-flavored refresher that Starbucks used to include on its summer menu.

In addition to the Kiwi Watermelon Refresher, Dunkin’ will also add a Vanilla Frosted Donut Latte and a Blueberry Donut Coffee to its menu, both of which will be available as hot or iced drinks. The chain’s Lemonade will also become a permanent menu fixture next month, according to Devo.
As far as new food items go, Dunkin’ will add a Green Goddess Dunkin’ Wrap. Devo explained it will include scrambled egg whites, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, feta and farro. The menu item will be wrapped in a green lavash and include a “green goddess sauce."
Dunkin’ is also planning to add a Chocolate Chunk Cookie and what looks like a watermelon-flavored donut, which the restaurant chain calls its Watermelon Burst Classic Donut.
While the Kiwi Watermelon Refresher was the menu addition that fans seemed most intrigued by, some were disappointed that Dunkin’ isn't bringing back other popular flavors, including its Raspberry Watermelon Refresher, to stores this summer. Some fans were generally less positive about the seasonal menu, with one Instagram user declaring it a “hard pass.”
“This menu is kinda meh,” another person commented, suggesting that Dunkin’ was attempting “to appeal to the kiddos on tiktok.”
