Dylan Dreyer Documents Sweet Moment Her Kids Finally Got to Meet Her Brother
The 'Today' meteorologist said it was 'way better' than she ever imagined.
Dylan Dreyer shared an emotional moment with her fans.
The Today show meteorologist, 41, took to Instagram with pictures of the first time her children met one of their uncles.
Alongside a carousel of photos documenting the adorable moment Dreyer's kids met her brother, the meteorologist explained why they are just now meeting after so many years.

"Because of Covid, my 2 youngest haven’t met my brother in Oregon," she wrote in the caption of Thursday's post. "I’d say the first meeting went way better than I could have ever imagined! #so-blessed."

The first photo showed her three children–Calvin, 6, Oliver, 3, and Russell, 1–sitting on the couch with their cousin while her youngest stood beside them.
The second snap captured her brother, James, holding her youngest son as the two met for the first time. Dreyer also included a photo of her brother holding Oliver as they also embraced for the first time as well as one of the two smiling for the camera.
In a follow-up post, Dreyer revealed that the family traveled to Oregon to celebrate her brother's promotion to Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force.
"***PROUD SISTER ALERT*** My brother was just promoted to Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force…the highest rank for an enlisted member. He has sacrificed so much and always puts others before himself," she wrote alongside a video of the ceremony.
"And he’s a pretty bad a** boss. I cried so many proud tears for him receiving this honor and I’m so lucky to have been here to witness it with my kids. What a role model he is for my boys #unclemaytag #chiefdreyer."
