EDM DJ and Conservative Activist Wears $18 H&M Dress to the White House
EDM DJ and singer Kaya Jones is passionate about more than just her career as a recording artist. She is also an outspoken supporter of President Donald Trump and the “Making America Great Again” movement.
The recording artist and entrepreneur, who also happens to be a former Pussycat Doll, recently attended the Fourth of July celebrations at the White House in Washington, D.C. For the occasion, Jones found a dress that was quite fitting.

Jones attended the event in a patriotic $18 piece from H&M. In the caption of her Instagram post showing off the look, she wrote, “I’m truly a simple girl at heart. I might not come off that way but I am. Thanks @hm for my $18 dress @whitehouse #4thofJuly celebrations.”
She also shared a video while getting ready for the event, wishing her followers a Happy Fourth.

Jones also took to Twitter to brag about her unique, affordable dress choice. “I don’t know anyone who can say their first time being invited to @WhiteHouse decided to wear a simple dress for $18 bucks! Be yourself always,” she wrote.

Her followers clearly loved the look. In response to one user who suggested that the dress looked much more expensive on her, she wrote, “Awww thank you! Well it’s not the price of a dress it’s how you carry yourself and hold yourself. So I am flattered. Thank you.” Many noted the dress was the perfect fit for the event.

She posted a collage on her Instagram account thanking the first couple for inviting her to attend the special celebration.

Jones also shared a message of thanks on Twitter, mentioning the Trumps along with the Deputy Assistant to the President, Sebastian Gorka, in the note.

She even appeared on Hannity with The Five co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle to speak about her feelings on the state of news in our country. She shared a snapshot from the appearance on her Instagram account.

She’s also friends with Joy VIlla, the singer who attended the Grammys in February wearing a red, white, and blue MAGA-themed gown.

The two are even working together on “something very special.” Details are still under wraps, but a MAGA-themed fashion collection seems likely.
