Style Me Pretty

Elegant Cinco de Mayo Wedding with a Mariachi Band

I've written so many weddings of couples I've never met, but somehow I feel like I get to intimately know each and every one. Through the heartfelt captures, the wedding style, the details, the traditions... I become a virtual guest of sorts, and so do you. Today's event is no different. I've gotten to 'meet' one of the sweetest couples, Patrick and Veronica. With the help of Cavin Elizabeth, I Love You More Events, Organic Elements and the entire vendor team, they've pulled me into their sweet, playful and elegant Cinco de Mayo soiree (with a Mariachi band to boot!). Get to know this darling duo yourself below.

From Cavin Elizabeth Photography: As Patrick's brother jested, this was the most extravagant Cinco de Mayo party anybody had ever seen. Filled with gorgeous white and pale blush flowers, a gown that fit the bride like a glove, and a groom whose emotions were so beautiful and expressive, this gorgeous Cinco de Mayo wedding was a true stunner. For their ceremony, Patrick and Veronica said their vows under the ornate rotunda of the Immaculata. Patrick's tears began flowing the moment the doors opened and he saw Veronica for the first time and everybody else felt the same overwhelming joy as they watched the couple get married. Their reception was held at the stunning golf course called the Saltaluz Club. A mariachi band played for all of cocktail hour and infused the Spanish culture of Veronica's family into the wedding. A gorgeous mirror seating chart let guests know where to find their seat under the soft draping of the tented reception room. Organic Elements's exquisite floral chandelier made for the most jaw dropping focal point of the room followed by the mix of high and low arrangements on each table. Soft, romantic, and elegant, the reception was a perfect reflection of Patrick and Veronica's style.
