Elizabeth Perkins names James Woods on a #MeToo sign at women's march
Elizabeth Perkins is the latest actor to suggest that she has also experienced sexual harassment in Hollywood.
The 56-year-old actress participated in the Take Back the Workplace March and #MeToo Survivors rally in Hollywood on Sunday, carrying a sign that read “James Woods #MeToo.” Yahoo Lifestyle has reached out to representatives of both Perkins and Woods for comment.
The Weeds star walked alongside hundreds of other women who have claimed to experience harassment, including TV reporter Lauren Sivan, who has accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct.
“Not in pots, not in plants, keep your junk inside your pants,” the crowd reportedly chanted, along with, “Harvey Weinstein is a joke, women workers just got woke.”
While it’s not clear what Perkins is alleging that Woods has done, this isn’t the first time the 70-year-old actor has been publicly named. Amber Tamblyn, 34, claimed the actor tried to pick her and another female friend up when she was 16.
“He wanted to take us to Vegas. ‘I’m 16’ I said. ‘Even better’ he said,'” the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress alleged. Woods, an avid Twitter user, tweeted that Tamblyn’s story was a “lie.”
He has yet to weigh in on Perkins’s sign, but instead tweeted his gratitude for reaching 1 million followers.
One million followers! It humbles and touches me that so many of you would engage in conversations we enjoy here on @Twitter every day. I’m a gambling man, and I would bet I have the best friends anywhere on this wild and wonderful forum. Thank you, each and every one of you.

While Perkins has not elaborated on the meaning of her sign on social media, she has been posting pictures and videos from yesterday’s event. Stay tuned for any updates.
