Emma Stone Wore a Nude, Silver-Beaded Dress to the 2019 Golden Globes
Emma Stone wore her first statement look of award season to the Golden Globes tonight. The actress, who's nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture for her work in The Favourite, chose a nude, silver-beaded dress on the red carpet.
This is far from Stone's first time at the Golden Globes. Her award show fashion at it has been evolving for eight years. Stone first went to the Globes in 2011, when she was platinum and wore a peach Calvin Klein Collection dress:
She returned to the show in 2012 where she had red head and wore a belted ruby and burgundy Lanvin gown:
At the 2015 show, the next Stone attended, she didn't wear a dress, but she did wear Lanvin again. She wore a silver, red, and black jumpsuit by the brand with a red bob on the carpet:
It had a big bow in the back:
In 2017, future Best Actress Oscar winner Stone began her award show run for La La Land in a starry light pink Valentino gown. She wore her hair up for the show in a messy low bun:
And Stone, in solidarity with Time's Up last year, wore a one-shouldered black dress to the 2018 Golden Globes. She walked the carpet with Billie Jean King:
