Although many brands have released edible cookie dough bites this year, that doesn’t leave us any less excited when a well-known company hops on the trend. Entenmann’s is the latest to get in on the sweet action, and its new Chocolate Covered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough are packed and ready to eat for snack time.

As described by the Sweets & Snacks Expo, the new poppable treat tells us that, yes, we can eat raw cookie dough safely. The Entenmann’s bites are made up of chocolate chip cookie dough that is covered in premium milk chocolate. The result are mini bite-sized dough pieces that will have you finding it difficult to resist. It’s like the brand took the dough from its mini chocolate chip cookies and wrapped them in chocolate. No complaints here!

According to the description, the cookie dough bites will come in 3-ounce bags for $2.99, making them perfect to satisfy that afternoon or late-night sweet tooth. The Chocolate Covered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is expected to ship on Sept. 10, so it’s only a matter of time until they grace shelves near you.

As if we weren’t already excited about this classic cookie dough flavor, that’s not the only one we need to try. Entenmann’s is also making a Chocolate Covered Brownie Center variety. Although we don’t have a photo of it, we can only imagine that it’s a whole lot of chocolatey brownie goodness covered in more chocolate goodness. Yep, we’ll need a few bags of those, too.
