On July 18, visitors will learn about Birds in Embroidery from Certified Sewing Instructor Chelsey Knyff, who will showcase hand-embroidering techniques, and avian species, in wool. Participants can bring their own materials to sew alongside Kniff or only view the demonstration. The class will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

On July 19, families are invited to a Fairy House Workshop, to build miniature homes for local fairies at the forest, or to bring home for their own yards. All materials will be provided and registration in advance is required. The workshop will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for all ages.

On July 20, a program on Lasagna Gardening will be offered. The technique, also known as sheet composting, is an organic method that results in fluffier, richer soil. Master Gardener Jean Vose will show participants techniques in a slide-show presentation. The program will be held from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

On July 21, a Paper-Making Workshop will show participants how to save money with their own techniques. All ages are welcome. The workshop will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
