Erin Foster Claims Chad Michael Murray Cheated on Her With Sophia Bush

Amid a new set of cheating rumors swirling around Sophia Bush, Erin Foster is piling on.
During a recent episode of The World’s First Podcast, which she hosts with her sister Sara Foster, the Barely Famous actress—who dated One Tree Hill star Chad Michael Murray just before he started seeing his co-star, Sophia—claimed that the two CW stars had an affair prior to her relationship with Chad Michael coming to an end.
As the conversation turned to dates with celebrities, Erin brought up a Deux Moi blind item that suggested her ex-boyfriend had cheated on her with Sophia.
Her sister pointed out that "Deux Moi—they don't lie," adding, "That is what happened."
Erin hedged, “He definitely did cheat on me with her," going on to call the alleged betrayal "pretty egregious," explaining that it happened "while [they] were living together.”
She then joked that it was "pretty cool," in a place now where she can laugh about it. “I’ve moved on though,” she continued. “I’m over it. I mean, just barely. Just barely over it.”
Erin and Chad Michael dated briefly between 2001 and 2002 before he moved on with Sophia, whom he eventually married in 2005. Their union only lasted for five months before they separated, eventually divorcing the next year.
Today, Erin is married to Simon Tikhman. Meanwhile, Chad Michael recently welcomed his third child with wife Sarah Roemer, and Sophia is said to be dating soccer star Ashlyn Harris amid her own divorce from estranged husband Grant Hughes, while Harris' soon-to-be-ex-wife Ali Krieger has alleged that Ashlyn and Sophia had an affair with one another.
Parade has reached out to reps for Chad Michael, but did not immediately hear back. However, Sophia and Chad Michael's OTH co-star Hilarie Burton responded to the news.
On her Instagram Story, Hilarie wrote, "Ooof. Cringe. I got off my red eye flight home and multiple people had sent me this headline. As the person who had a front row seat then? This wasn’t it."
She continued, "We were all told you’d broken up which is why our guy was perusing [sic] her. Now this is being spun to make my sister look like a brazen harlot. And if she’s anyone’s harlot, it’s mine!"
While Hilarie said she was "happy to discuss" the situation further, she defended Sophia from the "internet voices being nasty."
She concluded, "It would be laughable if it wasn’t so hurtful.”
