Have You Ever Loved A Vacation So Much You Wanted To Wear It?
Look up "jetsetter" in the dictionary, and you very well might find a picture of Sofía Sanchez de Betak. The insanely stylish Argentinian-born Art Director and Fashion Consultant literally wrote the book on glamorous travel: Travels With Chufy was published by Assouline in 2017. "Chufy" is De Betak's nickname, and is also what she calls her line of travel-inspired silky separates—the very thing you wish you were wearing whilst staring wistfully into the sunset in a field somewhere or exiting a very small plane on a private tarmac, sunglasses in one hand, hatbox in the other.
Her latest collection (past iterations were inspired by trips to Japan, Mallorca, Greece, and her native Argentina) is called "Memories of Kenya," and indeed, it does remind me of Kenya!

The 36 piece collection was hatched during a safari De Betak took on horseback (!) across the Masai Mara. From printed linen dresses to silk separates, the vibrant colors were inspired by the "Kenyan endless sunsets." As summer dwindles (nooo!) perhaps wearing a vacation will make you feel like you're indefinitely on one.
The collection is available on Chufy.com, as The Webster, MatchesFashion, Bergdorf Goodman, and Olivela (where a portion of each sale is donated to charity), and is available in sizes extra-small to extra-large.
