It seems impossible, we know. But a couple things were seriously missing from the OG tree. 1) Pepperoni. 2) Crescent dough. This year's rendition fixes both problems with pepperoni pizza pinwheels shaped into a beautiful festive centerpiece?! Can you even?
The answer is no. It has everything everyone loves and everyone is going to freak out. Make it for your next holiday party and you're bound to win ... even if the pinwheels don't hold their shape and look super neat and tidy. Honestly, our pizza pinwheels were more unruly than we intended them to be. But it's because they're stuffed with so much goodness!
To make the tree picture perfect, you need to roll the pinwheels very tightly, which in turn will make teeny tiny pinwheels. Type A peeps, take note. But for everyone else, just have fun. You're eating cheesy pepperoni crescent roll-ups for goodness sake.
