Every Single Thing At This Restaurant Is Made With Ranch

Madison Flager

From Delish

There are two kinds of people in this world: those who think ranch is meant for salads only and those who douse it on EVERYTHING. The owners of Twisted Ranch-and the fans that have poured into the restaurant since it opened in 2015-fall into the latter camp.

At the St. Louis, MO restaurant, every single menu item uses ranch in some way. And not any old ranch-chefs make 31 flavors in house daily, with varieties like cheesy bacon, pesto, cilantro lime and jalape?o. They're used as dipping sauces for dishes like the 13-sauce "Ranch This Country" fries flight and incorporated into sandwiches, pastas, stir-fries, and even drinks.

If you're feeling extra brave, you'll try the Twisted Mary-as you might guess, it's a spin on a Bloody Mary made with ranch-infused vodka, cucumber vodka, and spicy Bloody Mary mix. There's even a ranch-dusted rim for good measure.

After co-founders Jim Hayden and Chad Allen teamed up with Kraft-Heinz earlier this year to bring their ranches to the masses (you can buy five of Twisted Ranch's most popular flavors at grocery stores nationwide!), we wanted to take a look inside the restaurant to see how it all began. Watch the video above to see how some of their most popular dishes are made, including that try-if-you-dare cocktail and the cheesy bacon mac and cheese you see below.
