Every Time Ivanka Trump Kate Middleton Have Twinned in Style
So, this revelation either shocks you to your core, or you’re not at all surprised — there is no in-between. But what you read is correct: the Princess of Wales Kate Middleton and Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump have twinned with their style over the years.
Whether accidentally or on purpose, that’s for them and their stylists to know, and for us to scratch our heads at.
On June 12, the Trump Card author went viral for donning the turquoise version of the exact caped Jenny Packham sequinned dress that Kate wore in Sept 2021 for the premiere of No Time to Die. And that got us thinking: are there more times that this unlikely pair has matched over the years?
The short answer: there have been quite a few times.
Now, your knee-jerk reaction is probably something along the lines of “Oh, Ivanka must be copying Kate’s style,” and well, you wouldn’t be 100 percent right on that. In fact, with a few of these dresses, Ivanka was the one to wear the dress years beforehand. Shocking, we know, but the proof is there (and time-stamped)!
While Ivanka opts for more loose-fitting clothing, Kate goes for more figure-hugging ensembles. But this stark difference doesn’t mean they don’t have the same fashion sense. Whether it was rocking an extremely similar, colorful ensemble to wearing the exact same dress only years apart, there are more instances than you may think.

When Ivanka Trump stepped out at the Miami Open on March 28, 2024, in this yellow Self-Portrait dress, it instantly reminded us of the Jenny Packham dress Kate Middleton wore back in July 2011. From the color to the buttons to the neckline, they were definitely going for the same vibe.
Breezy Beulah Dresses
Most recently, Kate donned a blue and white Beulah dress for the Out-Sourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup 2023 event. While she’s never worn this before, Ivanka wore this exact look three years prior.
Jenny Packham Doubles
As we said, the most well-known instance of Kate and Ivanka twinning was when Ivanka wore the caped Jenny Packham sequinned dress that Kate donned in Sept 2021 for the premiere of No Time to Die. However, Ivanka wore the same dress in turquoise for her daughter’s bat mitzvah.
Twinning in Red
One instance of Ivanka and Kate twinning accidentally was with this daring red suit look. Ivanka was the first to wear this back in July 2018 during a short trip to Tampa, Florida, while Kate rocked this Alexander McQueen suit in Jan 2023 (and again for the Coronation concert!). The only reason why we can tell there’s a difference is the asymmetrical hem on Kate’s suit jacket.
The Same Emilia Wickstead Dress
So, it’s as clear as day that this is the same dress. Ivanka was once again the first to wear this Emilia Wickstead Denvella Dress back on June 25, 2019, for a policy lunch. Fast forward to July 6, 2022, and Kate donned the same dress (sans the belt) for the Royal Charity Polo Cup match.
Matching Polka-Dots
Another dress Ivanka and Kate both wore at one point is this blue-and-white, polka-dotted Alessandra Rich dress. Kate donned it on May 14, 2019, and Ivanka wore it less than a year before on July 26, 2018.
Yellow Sundresses
In photos obtained by Yahoo, we can see that Kate and Ivanka wore lacy yellow dresses less than 48 hours apart from one another back in 2017.
White Sundresses
Who could resist a stunning white sundress? Well, both Kate and Ivanka have a love for them. During the Royal Easter Show at Sydney Olympic Park in 2014, Kate donned this white sundress and nude heel look that Ivanka later channeled in a Miami campaign event in 2020.
Formal White Looks
Back in 2021 and 2022, Kate wore this white, lace-trimmed dress by Self-Portrait for major royal events, and beforehand, Ivanka wore a similar white look for her family visit to the UK in June 2019.
Black-Buttoned White Dress
One of Kate’s most iconic summer looks is this black-buttoned white Flippy Wiggle Dress by Suzannah, and back in 2018, Ivanka donned a very similar black-buttoned, flowing dress for a meeting.
Caramel Suits
When Ivanka and her family spoke in 2019, she donned this layered caramel suit look, which Kate later channeled in Nov 2022 with this ensemble of a Max&Co LongRun Coat and Gabriella Hearst Dress.
